Check out International Hot Buffet is bundled with delectable selections of 3 dishes from curried prawns, Thai sweet chili and lime prawns, sweet and sour pork, BBQ pork in plum sauce, curried chicken, Singapore noodles, satay beef, and beef stroganoff. The 3 selected meats are combined with Chinese fried rice topped with pork BBQ, ham, egg, and peas.
If you prefer a Hot buffet Carvery catering package for 20 guests or so, you may want to try the Small Party Package. This is ideal for small group. You will have to choose two dishes among the boneless legs of lamb with mint sauce, boneless legs of pork with apple sauce, and boneless yearling beef with mustard. You also have the liberty to choose your salad among the 10 fresh salad menus. And these will go with bread rolls and butter squares. If you wish to ad roast chicken pieces, just ad $1.50 per guest.
